1. Shipping & Coverage

  • We ship our premium candles to addresses across India using registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation or successful payment.

  • Agreed Timelines: In cases of bulk orders or customized scents, delivery will be as per the timeline agreed upon during the order confirmation phase.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

  • Please Note: Any shipping charges levied by the seller or the Platform Owner are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

4. Packaging & Damage

  • Our candles are hand-poured and packaged with eco-friendly, protective materials to prevent breakage.

  • While we ensure the highest quality of packaging, Fire and Fern Candella (Platform Owner) shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during registration.

  • Delivery will be made strictly to the address specified at the time of purchase. We recommend double-checking your shipping details, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
